Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for services already given. In the event that you are cancelling a training program you will be entitled to 90% of the course fees as refund if your cancellation is recorded by email at least 15 days prior to commencement of the course. There will be no refund for any cancellations after this period.
